yesterday this man was a pain in the butt. after repeatedly asking who had just a diet coke and going round and round with him if this drink was his, he takes it and has this look on his face and says is this diet? of course it is moron, ive only said it like 10 times, and you had to of seen me make it. he then has the nerve to take the lid off and very rudely state how bout getting it filled all the way? the cup was less than a centimeter away from the top!!!!! did i mention that we were busy, apparently i somehow managed to not notice that it downpoured yesterday, thats how busy i was. also i was given my hour after only being at work for 2 hours so i was tired and in pain. i know i shouldnt have let it bother me but it did, i dont know if i managed a smile or not, i grabbed his drink put it under the diet coke and pressed the button down and held it there to ensure the drink was full. i then took a deep breath so i wouldnt throw it at him or say what was going through my head, and handed it to him dripping of soda on the outside of the cup. the customer behind him said he would have threw it at him and when i told one of my managers he told me i should have told him that he would have told the man that that was as full as we make them :)

by Monorail Black
Once I was driving the monorail on the Lagoon (resort) Beam and we stopped at the Magic Kingdom and a lady and her kid jumped from out of the monorail car behind the cab into the front cab. I let them know that we had people already waiting at the MK station to get in the cab and if they wanted to ride up front, they needed to wait at a station.

All of a sudden she started going nuts on me. (She was African-American) She started calling me a racist and saying that I obviously had something against black people riding in the front of the monorail and I just made up the "wait at the station" story, etc. I'm sure the poor kid must have loved having this to remember from his trip to Disney. After about 15 seconds of this (and me not having a chance to say anything while she was berating me), I just climbed out of the cab and told the lead to put a new driver in the train for a lap. There was no way I was going to continue driving the train and listening to that. So another driver hopped in for a lap and I waited at MK. The other driver wasn't real happy when he came back. She got off at the Contemporary, but he said it was one of the most miserable two minutes he's spent at WDW. :p:

This one is going to kill you.

One day last month I was working on the lights for the castle in mid day light trying to get the new ones installed for the showing of Wishes that night. A guests who had walked through the castel saw me and came ove to the sode of the bridge and yelled:

Guest: Why are you doing that stuff now, your ruining my magical experience. I dont want to see the technical stuff.

Me: I have to sir, I need to have these installed before "Wishes".

Guest: I dont care if there in that show or not. So if i dont care that means you can stop installing them right?

Me: Huh nope sir that just means that you dont want them in the show. If I dont install these right now im going to lose my job.

Guest: OHH!! So if I complain you might aslo loose your job.

Me: Comlain about what. Things have to happen around here to make your magical experience Magical.

The guest had no response but:

Guest: Good work man. Keep it up.

I mean guest can be really stupid. He was the only one that had anything to say. Other guest stopped to watch me install these new lights. Some where even asking questions.

I was at FP Return at Tower. A guy and his son came up and they were early (I forget how early.) So of course I say "Nope sorry sir you need to wait until your time." And of course he looks at me and is like "come on its ___ minutes". I'm like "sir, the FP system works only this way. If I let you in early, it disrupts the flow of guests using the standby line."

He's like "Oh ok, well we'll wait here Tim. That's the only power you have out here so I guess you like that." I got SOOO mad. I didn't show it of course, but it really hurt me, and my feelings got hurt. He stood there forever just looking at me. Shaking the FP's in his hand. I mean, cmon... the NERVE of some people!!! How could they do that!!! They're selfish. They want everyone to do everything for them and only them. I hate guests like him.

Us CM's deal with a lot of abuse. I hope someday the public realizes it, and will treat us with more respect sometime. I mean, out of an 8 hour workday. I get probably 5 guests that are absolutely HORRIBLE. The other thousands are perfectly fine. But oh well, sorry about my rant.
That person should sit on a hard boiled egg... similar story:

It was blazing like hell on earth outside. This guy and his family comes up with a fastpass for 2:35. It was only 2:07. Of ocurse I could not let him in. Instead, he chose to stand there and ask what the current time was every minute. After two minutes I got my break and walked away, telling the replacing cast member "good luck"

My way out on this type of guest is to point to the Fast Pass Return clock and say in my most Disney professional voice " When that clock shows 2:35, then you can enter the que. Oh, and by the way a watched Fast Pass clock goes does not tick and goes slower". Works 99% of the time. For the other 1% it is usually an obnoxcious guest who I turn over to a manager to deal with
