There's already college hockey at 2 schools in Alaska ... Why not Hawaii? Besides, College Hockey is about to do a restructuring of all their conferences, now is a great time to join.

It might be the energy costs to keep the ice icy. Being called a waterman in Hawaii is a big deal. A frozen waterman probably not so much.

Lahaina Noon is when the sun is directly overhead. Being so far south we get it twice. The best example is a flag pole will cast no shadow.
