I know this is answer is years behind but I just wanted to say that we had a situation on a character line where the child was treated horribly. We complaint to the manager and he told me that there was nothing that anyone could do in a case like that. The situation was so uncomfortable that it made you want to cry. Honestly, I understand that parents need to have a room to discipline children but there are a few guest that just border on abusive. I guess the point of view of the company change?

What really bothers me is that the people that really need to put discipline on their children don't. Some kids do need a pat on the behind and a strong handle of discipline.
