I know this is answer is years behind but I just wanted to say that we had a situation on a character line where the child was treated horribly. We complaint to the manager and he told me that there was nothing that anyone could do in a case like that. The situation was so uncomfortable that it made you want to cry. Honestly, I understand that parents need to have a room to discipline children but there are a few guest that just border on abusive. What really bothers me is that the people that really need to put discipline on their children don't. Some kids do need a pat on the behind and a strong handle of discipline.
