Isn't one of the monorails in California a candy apple red? At least it looks like it is. :D:

yes! love the candy apple colors. in fact, that's what i'm doing with the painting i'm working on *points to avatar* i wanted to make it monorail blue but i didn't want it to look flat so I'm using an iridescent acrylic paint and it looks pretty freaking cool up close (even if the stripe isn't exactly straight. hell, my whole brain is a little off kilter :~)
god, I love color. and i love my eye surgeons every single time i get to appreciate it. just that sample of candy apple colors made my brain really happy to look at.
color rules (and maybe this is why life in technicolor II by coldplay is one of my all time absolute favorite songs too :~D
We need those pretty bright stripes....and I think chrome would totally kick keister! so cool. see, they should have come here and asked us.

Don' worry about it. The stripes aren't straight on all the real trains, either.February wrote:yes! love the candy apple colors. in fact, that's what i'm doing with the painting i'm working on *points to avatar* i wanted to make it monorail blue but i didn't want it to look flat so I'm using an iridescent acrylic paint and it looks pretty freaking cool up close (even if the stripe isn't exactly straight. hell, my whole brain is a little off kilter :~)
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?

They should take this monorail, paint the top half of the first 2 or 3 cars blue and add stars to make Monorail America (no time or patience to photoshop it up).TiggerHappy wrote:One of its colors is red.

Re: Your color choice?
Just a quick question: Did I spot Monorail Peach the other day with white deltas? Didn't have a chance for a photo, it was going one way and I was going home. If so, it should help with the VFR challenge.
