Actually, the "lightning capital of the world" is the nation of Rwanda. Central Florida is only the "lightning capital of North America".

Not sufficient.
It is (a) the lightning capital of the Northern Hemisphere, and (b) the lightning capital of the Western Hemisphere. So there are multiple valid titles!
