To be honest when the temps drop into the 60's I'm wearing a fleece pullover and slippers.

That's not "street surfing"! That's "street skiing"! Notice the tow rope? This is a frequent activity during hurricanes here in Florida.

Not that street surfing isn't possible, but it takes a much steeper street and a whole lotta water!

So street surfing is not possible in Florida, unless you can get standing water on parts of Highway 27 and the like.
