While at Toontown Depot, a fairly large man with his daughter (I'm assuming) on his shoulders came walking up the front exit walkway. Now, a lot of people do this because it's the first gate you walk by when approaching the station, but I always send them back. The exit gate has a sign on it that reads "EXIT ONLY. DO NOT ENTER." There are arrows pointing away from the gate and the word EXIT written on the floor. Needless to say, I don't feel the least bit of sympathy when I send a guest back out to go through the entrance. Anyway, this guy comes walking up the exit, and without hesitation, I told him he was coming through the exit and had to go back through the main entrance. He starts whining and complaining and says that there aren't any guests in line anyway and to just let him in. I looked, and there were no guests in line, but he had already pissed me off with his bitching and inability to read signs. So I told him "I'm sorry, you still need to go back and come through the main entrance." He got pissy and began to storm out of the exit, but not before he elbowed me in the chest and said, "Oops." As he walked away, I just told him "Hey sir, would you like me to call Security and have them escort you out of the park for physically assaulting me?" He just ignored me and walked away. The sad part of this story is that he had his daughter up on his shoulders the entire time.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not an asshole to the guests. If I know I can clear the station, or there's nobody in line, I'll let guests in through the exit. But the second they start to give me attitude or whine and complain, I direct them to the entrance, close the gates, give my "All Aboard," and tell them "there will be another train here in about 5 minutes" as we leave the station.
Moral of the story: You piss me off, you walk (or wait for the next train).
