Well, its OBVIOUS that idiot reporter dosn't know anything about dogs. You never approach a strange dog with your hand OVER the head, ya gotta get down to his level, and let him sniff your hand, and then let the dog approach you!! (maybe barny was trained to attach reporters??) hehehehehe
