I like the idea of finding the "kill" or neutral switch! Can you guess what would happen if she was suddenly stopped in the crowd that she had ran over!!

Sort of like what sometimes happens to a mugger who grabs a purse from an old lady in a crowded area ? :twisted:

The problem with this is you will probably get a lifetime ban from Disney properties since you will have brought a gun into one of the parks.

In general, even self-defense laws require a proportionate response -- in other words, you're not likely to get away with use of deadly force in response to flattened toes. In any case, there's very little that can make you immune from a lawsuit. You might have a defense, but as a practical matter you'd still have to go through defending yourself if sued. Whether your use of force constitutes self-defense will be a fact question, meaning you couldn't get the lawsuit thrown out on that basis. So... you can defend yourself if necessary (within the bounds of the laws in your area), but don't think it won't keep you from a legal hassle.

Most ECVs nowadays have tires with foam interiors so you cannot get flat tires. I know when I have had tires replaced on mine they have been replaced with the new ones, so I can't get flat tires any more.

Also, I never said I would condone use of deadly force... but unfortunately, I am pretty sure mob rule would win at that point.

Defend yourself, and get security involved as quickly as possible.
