Yes sir, and that entitles you to our grand SGT award where you will be forced to dance in A Small World until your head explodes. As for the rest of your family, we shall stand them on a platform with large signs around their necks saying "Yes, I am a passhole, don't be like me or you will be joining us on this stage to be laughed at too."
:D:

I like your snarkiness towards SGs, LDC. Wish I could have that same attitude as well.

I am really curious as to which Christian site is no longer allowing God. I would go back to them, "Don't worry, that's just His title" or something like that. But then, I have a belief regarding the name of God that would send a lot of people on Christian sites off their rockers. I digress.

As a fairly new hire, I am still going into the parks on my days off to get to a point where I know everything I possibly can about the guest experience. Acting as a guest, in the (maybe) seven days I've gone into the parks, I have had hundreds of interactions, major and minor, with cast members, of which most were great, about 30 were phenomenal, and I can think of just two people I've met or observed who I felt didn't belong at Disney. All but the last two mentioned are welcomed here by me, but I hope that last two never, ever hear about SGT. I'm sure we'd never hear the end of their woeful existence. G*w*.

* The above * stands for "a". I did not want to offend anyone from other boards who thinks you shouldn't say "gaw". I would, after all, hate to be banned from a forum before I ever get there.

Explanation on G*d and other versions.

Some people believe that God's name is holy and should not be written in whole. Originally the Hebrew language had no vowels. Thus using God instead of G*d would be a violation of their beliefs and maybe a sin. Kind of like calling a teacher by his first name.

I think any CM that gets picky over 1/8th of an inch is just being an ass.

1/8 of an inch is not going to make any difference.

I cannot believe you said that. The rules must be followed. If one guest is allowed to break a rule then word will get out and all guest will want to break the rule to the point that the 1/8 becomes an inch.

I will remain calm and let management deal with this.

I didn't say let guest break the rules. By all means if a child is considerably shorter then the requirement, then they can not ride. But there is a difference in up holdng the rules and just being an ass. I know I used to do it too. But come on. 1/8th of an inch. Give me a break. your pinky finger is thicker then 1/8th of an inch. The wind could blow the kids hair and make a difference of 1/8th of an inch. The kid is not going to fly out of a ride and the EMS say "Damn. If he had just been 1/8th of an inch taller he'd survived."

While I do agree with you, let me ask you this. Where do you begin enforcing the rules, and what do you define as "considerably" shorter? 1/4" ? 1/2" 5/8" ? 13/64" ? 23/128" ? "Damn, if he'd only been 7/128" taller..he might have survived." If you let 1/8" go, do you (not YOU, but other CM's) let 1/4" go next week? 1/2" 6 months from now?

Bottom line, rules are rules, right? ;)

accucally it was because they didnt want it to appear on Google searches, and have the site get more members

and i think that rules need to be followed, if your kid is 1/8th of an inch too short then too bad, they arent getting on the ride

Edit: I saw the post at the top of the page and i dont remember the site name
