I think I understand what the seller is actually selling. They are carefuly wording this to say that you can take these "see a CM" FPs to the park, show them to one of us, and be issued a key card since they figure that we won't think anything more of it.

Plus, all of the items being sold in that auction are illegal to sell. Key card included I believe. I've heard of people auctioning off an envelope with free FP's thrown in (as to not get caught up on the whole 'not for sale' thing) but this auction is just plain wrong. Luckily its ending very soon.

Best thing to do is complain to Ebay so they can stop this nonsense. It is giving the people the impression they can take a fastpass and get a special fastpass. The only way this works is if you hand a CM a fastpass from the day it was issued not last week.

I hope Ebay and Disney, were are they, will stop this as it is illegal because the person is committing fraud. They are gaining something of value by using false means.

I just searched ended auctions and title/description auctions, and they are selling the Re-entry FPs in lots of up to 16. Most are selling them as tickets they were given when a ride went down and making claims that they get you VIP treatment and will even get you right to the front of the line. I wonder where they're getting 'em in such big batches.

So what would you guys do to me if I found the FP override button? :twisted:

i would do nothing as I do not work for Disney.

Since you do not work for Disney then you should not be messing around with buttons meant for CMs only to use. If you found the button then all you could do is get a bunch of passes and either sell them, give them away or trash them. Security has hawks and eagles watching for people who sell Disney property. No biggie as I am disabled and do not need fast passes.
