Official SGT ADD thread

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Ha! I was thinking they'd never get away with it in the U.S., but that wasn't the trend my mind was following. :p:

Is that because you don't shop at Midtowne Park? ;)

Which is fine, because again, I don't feel that what it is stapled to is in any way important. If someone staples mine, I am not going to care what it's to. No, at that point I think I am simply writhing in agony. Once recovery is complete, I start planning.

HIPAA could prevent it too, if the object it was stapled to was, say, a popsicle stick. Then it's a medical procuedure in place of expensive drugs or surgery! :p:

(Hey, you were the one who introduced privacy and the nurse!)

It isn't the Condition we discover as much as the STORY behind it....

Got all teary-eyed over Candyman: The David Klein Story, which is about the guy who invented Jelly Beans (and then signed the rights away because he wasn't really a fighter). Didn't realize until reading stuff about it that the video was produced by his son, Bert Klein. Duh!

Bert Kline is an animator who has done stuff for Disney, including Louis and Tiana's fantasy sequence in The Princess and the Frog.

A large landscape company pulls into work today and I notice a sign on the back of their truck. "Stay Back 500 Feet".

Only one problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,from 500 feet, the truck would be hard to see. Never mind the sign.

Beer....The reason I get up every,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,afternoon.

The other day I was driving down the road and came up behind a construction dump truck that had a big sign that read..."Construction Equipment...Do not Follow!

What was I supposed to do? I had to turn around and go back home cause he was going the same way that I wanted to go, but I couldn't break the rules. could I? :D:
