The Marx Brothers tried replacing Zeppo, but weren't sure what to make of their newest member....

Man, oh man, this week’s pic fired up your creativity! There were a record fifty-one entries into this week’s contest, including tons of funny suggestions of what I was painting on the chair: Wombo, Alto, Wino, Uh-oh, Wrongo, Plano, Pseudo… I got lots of laughs out of them, far more than I could pick as honorable mentions! In the end, though, this caption by worship leader extraordinaire and all-around great guy Trent Blackley topped them all, not least because it makes fun of someone other than baritones for a change. Congratulations on your very first win, Trent!

Honorable Mentions: Melody O'Grady: "Karl" (think about it!); Alan AJ Irby: "Little known fact that there was a Wombat in 'Animal Crackers.'"; Larry E Collins: "Speak no evil, See no evil, Hear no evil, Totally evil!"; Graham Smith: "It's just that my right leg is more photogenic."; and WEDFan: "How am I going to fit Wombato on the chair?" Kudos also to hobie16 for photoshopping the picture himself so that I’d painted “OPRAH” on the chair, in a nod to the fact that I just reversed one of the Marx brothers to add myself in!

Thanks to all who entered! New picture coming Monday – and another prize giveaway!

My thinking was Oprah's production company is named Harpo so I thought I'd throw Oprah on to be the other bookend.

That, too! Either way, it was still funny.

2014 CAPTION CONTEST, Week 16 -- THERE IS A PRIZE!! Thanks to the generosity of previous prizewinner ktulu (who has been to Walt Disney World so many times he has the place completely memorized and no longer needs a guidebook), I am able to give away another brand-new PassPorter Walt Disney World 2014, a $25 value, to the winner of this week’s contest! And since I'm still a lawyer and there is another actual prize this week, there are Official Rules that you agree to by entering. You can read them at http://tinyurl.com/WombatRulez.

So, how would you caption this picture? Comment below!

The same pic will show here, on Facebook and The World of Wombat. I'll repost the pic with my favorite caption on Friday. Whoever submits the winning caption will receive their very own PassPorter Walt Disney World 2014 (along with the usual glory of winning)!!

"To prevent potential lawsuits, Wombat reminded Mickey that safety comes first, even if you have magic powers."

Tony Stark had Dummy for fire safety; Mickey had Brad. In the end, the results were much the same."

This Mickey guy think s he is so famous he can get away with anything. Lawyers are always left to clean up the mess, and look like the bad guy in the process.

We're gonna need a bigger fire extinguisher.
