Official SGT ADD thread

A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.

Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Fast forward? I had to rewind, it's starting at 7:55 for me.

This link should start the video at just before 1:25.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.

We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

Top Gear, the true BBC version, did a segment on Ken a while ago. They sent one of the hosts, James May aka Captain Slow, to ride with him on his practice site, a working airport in California.

Ken Block, After seeing the segment with Captain Slow and him running threw that airport that's when I decided.
THAT is what I want to do when I grow up!
:D: :D: :D: :D: :D:
After seeing this one, it just doubly confirms that decision. I want to be Ken Block when I grow up!

Also, Go EAGLES!

I don't wanna grow up. Why do you want to grow up?

SaWEET! And now, until they get a flying Segway, I just won't be all that impressed with LMA anymore. And what a great use of Universal Studios!

I loved the places where he would come into an area and he had already left tracks before... which means it did take multiple takes to get some of those done... Which means there probably were some interesting outtakes. But I don't want to see them.

I recognized the Universal Studious Back Lot tour areas myself. I had been there a few years ago. We didn't tour the area as quickly as he did though. ;)

No, that's not a good sight-seeing car. Can you imagine what a passenger would do to the weight and balance on that vehicle? My guess is that on some of the closer turns he did to various objects, you would have had what George Burns used to call a near miss.

What does a surname mean, anyway?

The only why I'm ever going to grow up is if someone let's me have his job. Then I'll seriously consider it, provided they don't make me age mentally!
Physical Age and Mental Age, two DRASTICALLY different things ;)

Rally Car racing is so much more exciting than IRC and Nascar. I wish they would show more of it in this country. Track racing hasn't been interesting since the mid '70s.

I am with Darksin, I would love to have been a rally car driver or even just navigating would be fun.
