A place to be entertained. Videos, jokes, games, and more.
Forum rules
At the old Disney Hyperion Studio, the screening room where animators would show animated scenes to Walt for his approval was small, with no ventilation or AC. Not only was it hot, but the animators were nervously awaiting Walt's reaction to their work. Thus, the room became known as the Sweatbox. Even after the Studio moved to Burbank and elegant screening rooms were offered to the staff, the moniker remained.
Now SGT has a sweatbox of our own. This is the place to find and post all entertaining topics such as video links, jokes, games, and the like. A general rule of thumb is that if the thread is meant to be informative (interesting news stories for example), or a topic for discussion (like setting up a park meet) then it should go in the Break Room, but if the intent is to entertain the masses then it's home is The Sweatbox. I'm sure there will be grey areas at times, so if you have doubt as to where a new thread should go, just use your best judgement and the SGT Staff will be glad to move it later if you guessed wrong.

Dill? Sweet? Sour? What are we talkin' here?
I'd vote for sour, myself. ;)

I'm holding out for pickled beets. Or carrots. Or seaweed. Or almost anything but cucumbers.
Okay, a few bread-and-butter pickles are okay, but no dill!

Hangover actually, Kosher Dill Pickles and both yummy and their an amazing old cure for 'ye olde hangover'. :D:
Although I have to say my favorite pickles are the sweet baby type pickles. I could probably eat a jar of those if not taken away from me.
Me? Preggers? No thanks! I'm pretty sure that's still highly illegal in the US and it's territories ;)
Today, I have fresh baked raspberry filled Kolochki cookies!
They say you can learn a lot about people from their cookies, so what's everyone's all time favorite type cookie to munch upon?
For me, I'd have to say it's the good old favorite of "Black and White" or "Half and Half" cookies. Half chocolate frosting and half vanilla!

Chocolate chip. Regular, not the white chocolate type, and certainly no nuts.

Once again, checked Amazon, and still no "How to Hit Things for Fun and Profit." Drummers of the World, you are failing me!
:rimshot:
In other news, my favorite cookie might be Crunchy Lunchbox Cookies (thin, crunchy, with almond brickle chips and chopped peanuts), which I make every September. Or maybe Happy Troll Cookies (ginormous fat crunchy whole wheat cookies with oats, peanut butter, chocolate chips, m&ms and walnuts), which I make in November. I'm not sure.
As a kid, my favorite were my Grandma's Sugar Cookies (super thin and crisp), or her Molasses Crinkles (fat, soft, spicy). So the cookies have changed, but the indecision remains.

That's because we're busy beating it out of town.

When I went to bed yesterday I did not need paper towels. By the time I woke up 3/4 of the paper towel roll was gone... and shredded all over my kitchen floor...
Hmmm... when it comes to cookies what not to eat... My favorite cookies are my own of course. Like to pull them out while they are still soft in the center. Usually Tollhouse choc chip or oatmeal raisin.

Pickled beets are awesome! Bread and butter pickles never used to do it for me, though. Used to help make them as a kid.

I'm more about the salt and munchy food group in general, but there is a chewy molasses ginger cookie my wife and I make that is a weakness.

I'm more of a salty snacker too... but if I need a cookie:
White Chip Macadamia Nut.
