Isn't that Gary Glitter, a rocker from the UK, back in the 70s? He's now doing time for messing with underage girls. His hockey arena instumental anthem "Rock N Roll part 2" was heard during every commercial break at NHL games, until the conviction. Then it suddenly disappeared from the playlists!
