Stupid Guest Tricks

I think what makes that the funniest is that the manager played into their story. Gotta love our guests *eye roll*

Makes you wonder how many times the classic SG comeback, "I know it's true, __________ told me!" is because some exasperated manager once gave in to their delusions like this.

"How do I get to Knott's Berry Farm?"
"You're a LAZY, LAZY MAN!! You're supposed to help me lift my stroller!!!!"
"How do I get to Chip N' Dales?" - Referring to the parking lot - "It's in Vegas"
"Can I park closer, I just had knee/back/foot surgery YESTERDAY?"
"Where is Goofy Duck?"
"Do the elevators here at the parking structure take us to Disneyland?"
"I have to park closer, I have kids!"
"My vehicle is too tall to park here." ---- "No it isn't. There's NO roof"
"Do the trams take me to 7-11?"

Yes, I have been asked all these questions. Unfortunately, some have be said more than a few times.

Actually, I can sort of understand this question being asked if it were at the MK here in Florida, with that stupid Cinderellabration show ending in a mini fireworks display. (Of course, that doesn't apply to you in CA).

Thanks to Cinderellabration I get the people who once they hear those fireworks go off stop what they are doing and say oh its time for the fireworks. Even though it is 3 or 4 in the afternoon. They never cease to amaze me.

Hey now, I'll stand up for the guests for once (Hey, Ive got a head cold so anything is possible right now).

Disney World did have fireworks during the day. . .Anyone here remember EPCOT's attempt at a full fireworks show during the day over the lagoon?

Got this one today during the torrential downpour that never ended...

SG: "Is there any way you could find out for me if it is raining in Magic Kingdom?"
Me: I can tell you that it is definately raining in Magic Kingdom.
SG: " But is there a way to find out for sure?"
Me: *Go there!*

I actually told her, never cracking a smile, that it was indeed raining there and that it wasnt going to stop all day long.

I do I do...and yes, I am old enough...Do you remember the self propelled planes...that crashed on tourists...
