I really hate those people who lock their strollers!! It happened to me several times. All the lead ever did was call security for unattended item.

I still remember the day when I guest came up to me while I was moving around strollers in Fantasyland and said that she had a problem... I walked over to see what it was, evidentally another guest mistook her stroller for their own and attached it to two other strollers and the railing. We had security there soo fast it was fun. I guess the guest who owned the lock came back as they were cutting it and flipped out. The security guard threatened to charge the guest with attempted robbery because he had unlawfully locked up someone else's belongings. The guy with the lock shut up real fast and unlocked his now damaged(half cut) lock.

I got to "lecture" a guest about locking strollers to our property. I said words to the effect that if we had needed to open more of our queue that stroller would have needed to be moved and we would have had security out to cut the lock. The guy glared at me and said words to the affect of "If my stuff gets stollen will you guys replace it" I told him no. I even told him he was welcome to lock his stroller in a designated stroller parking area. He just glared at me.

If I locked my stroller to your driveway, or parking spot, on your property, would you remove it and would you replace it? I shoulda called Fantasyland, I think my scheduler thought I meant "in Adventureland" i'll have the opportunity, i'm sure, this weekend.
More GC fun... so today we had a cabble cade, of course, so GCing that is super easy, when entertainment does what they say they're doing. so what we were told was band going north, to small world gates, and once clear, the cabble cade will depart south bound.... err no, as soon as the band clears main street, the cabble cade steps off, from town square. We somehow managed to clear MS in 1 second flat, after running from the Hub (which is where we're supposed to pick up GC responsibilites.) So we're now back at the hub, and we're still GCing the thing, around the corner and into NO/CC's area. So I look over to the lead... "so, what, are we taking this all the way to small world?" more or less a joke.
She stops dead in her tracks, thinks for a second. "Yeah, why not, go ahead and take it all the way up." and so we did. Just goes to show... West side can do anything. Mainly MS/ADV/Frnt.

Now that's not very nice....Just because they don't get to experience the real wonders of the Disneyland sewageline doesn't mean we don't love them too.

Thanks Alice! As much as we tease the Eastside about there being nothing to do. We are kind of victem of this now too. (Wait till Adventurland is a ghost town). And we do have all that beautiful green water!
But is all about the Westside!

I think we can live together happily in our utopian society. Truely, it smells less like cheese and more like $2.50 churros ...and yes I envy many of your attractions.
