Let me be very clear about one thing here: The CMs I deal with at Magic Kingdom Costuming are terrific. They have *never* failed to have my special wash ready for me on time, with the exception of one set that went missing for a month during their move to the new building.

Most of my bitching is with the stupid policies that won't let them *give* me by special wash costumes unless I show up on the right day of the week or drive in to work nekkid. ("Sorry, it's Sunday and I can't give you tomorrow's costume until tomorrow and since you're already wearing a costume I can't give you one for today, either.")

They even surprised me by getting me a new Main Street Vehicles hat in only five weeks. Would have been three weeks except that somebody at the warehouse couldn't tell the difference between vehicle hats and riverboat hats and sent the wrong ones.

This is the source of much of my frustration. :banghead: Stupid, stupid policies, incredible lapses in foresight and planning, willful refusals to stock or even order routinely required costume pieces, and that nobody I can get to really deserves to get yelled at. :voodoo:

You know what I think their problem is?
They don't know how to organize.

That's what it sounds like to me. They don't know how to keep things in order. Just sounds like chaos to me. Maybe they could hire more people.
