Don't hate me because I'm right but...
In my honest opinion, everyone hates CDS but that's only because it's new. Once the cast members and leads get used to it, I don't see a problem with it. Cast members have the toughest time with change at the Resort. We just have to be mature about the changes, even though they might seem as changes for the worse in the beginning. There is a reason for the change and perhaps we do not know all of the changes for the better. I hated it at first, but now it's grown on me and it's not that big of a deal. Once all of the bugs are worked out, everything will be fine. CDS 3.0 is not going anywhere soon, so you better suck it up and get used to it... :D

Meh if you worked at the park back when we just had rotations you would hate CDS I have hated it way back to Day one I remember when they tried putting it on jungle and it only lasted a week. I miss the days of working 3-4 posisions getting a bump every 15-to 20 minutes depending on the rotation and then getting a break when you reached the end of the rotation.... i never understood why they took away a break system that worked well for 45 years..... I have always hated CDS and always will it causes more hastle for the Leads and also makes locations have to staff more CMs to make sure people get there breaks and bumps home on time
One of the Many Dave CMs
The thing that drives me crazy about 3.0 is...
1. At mansion they give the cast member 2 minutes to find the cast member to send them on break. If they don't get them quick enough it cuts into the break. (At pooh its 4 minutes)
2. The lead has to baby sit the computer even more then before (at least now its easier to find the lead)
3. Sitting around forever if you close early to clock out and returning to CDS after Parades to clock out (The only CDS computers on the Eastside I know about you have to go on stage to get to them, not koshier in a westside costume)
But I do like that it tells me when I am supposed to be back so there is never any confusion. When you have an outside rotation you know EXACTLY who you are looking for. It does alleaviate the confusion.

These are the rafts TO the island. Not AROUND, not OVER, not UNDER and not THROUGH. Thank you for riding T. Saywer's shuttle service please visit again.
Karnever, you mentioned needing more CMs available to make sure everyone get their breaks on time, that actually helps at indy, we got more staffing now our counts are up, the geusts are happier, and the CMs are happier, as far as 3.0 goes i like it, i've not had a single late break, well i did, but i let it slide because my 1st break that day came ahead of rotation, and i had in the likes of 20 or so minutes to kill before my break actually started. the only thing that i found screwy about it was when i tried to log in to bump out, it told me to go drop four positions, one of which was essential to closing procedures, but yeah i'm overall happy with it.
Gimme some soft serve!
