Hmm...

First thought: Idiots! More of that "The rules (of the park, society, or even physics) don't apply to me" mindset.

Second thought: I thought that there were safety checks to make sure that guests had their seat-belts securely fastened before the ride is set in motion. Was it a case of a failure on a CMs part, or have the SGs come up with a new trick?

In 2004 I was an SG on CoP. My daughter had become sick and had to go to the bathroom RIGHT NOW so we exited out the back while it was moving. I had not idea what would happen. It stopped and within 5 seconds 2 CMs came running around and asked what happened. I told them, apologized for shutting it down, and they told us to be on our way. No locked doors.

a lot was changed over the years.
since that CM was crushed to death by not paying attention.
the theatre eats one small girl and they fix it. yea disney.

I can't even imagine the MK without CoP.

I mean I could, if I had to, but I'm not sure I want to.
