Try working Matterhorn when on an average of once every 45 seconds you're saying, "No we don't have fast pass. No it doesn't say that we do in the map. Yes you have to wait in line. Yes a line that long is only 15 minutes."

Custodial gives maps out upon request, sometimes maps are even taken by guests from our pouch :roll: No matter how often I tell guest there are no Fast Passes @ Matterhorn they insist]

Fastpass...evil devil like tool. So with it being Haunted Mansion Holiday our fastpass line goes around the side of the house. I'm at Groundskeeper doing the screening wheel chair thing. These (obviously APs) people say "Isn't fastpass supposed to go up the stairs?"

"Nope this is mansion holiday you go around the house once"

"But we'll wind around forever"

"No you won't"

"This is fastpass its supposed to be fast"

"We garentee a 5 to 20 minute wait upon return."

I liked my ride when fastpass went away.

Ah the pleasure of dealing with Annual Passholes...I mean passholders.

I know, a lot of them are actually nice and not up tight. But every so often...

Like one time at Fantasmic! I was doing radio (So that instantly makes me a target), had a woman come up and ask
"Where's the entrance for Annual Passholders"
"Why? Think the card makes you special?" (Acutal answer...not joking around, one of the managers had managed to piss me off real bad, which is a challenge in it's own right)

Anyways she actually said "Yes, I pay a lot of money for this pass, where is it?"
"We dont have it." (I wanted to add) You want special seating, buy the dinner package" but refrained from it.

You see GMC dahling. I did mansion holiday last year during Christmas I know the hell that is coming. I had just gotten used to not having it and loving every second of it. Now its back. Plus the idiots with fastpasses lined up out side the gate so bad that we had to stop checking times and lett everyone who had a fastpass in regardless (yes the GC lead made that decision) ARGH! make the insanity stop!!!!! I can't wait till the mansion line makes use of the extended queue, the fountain queue and the crossover queue. You know that raised area people stand fo Fantasmic? Yes that becomes out queue too if it gets that bad.

^^Exactly why indy's fp line should go down the exit, no more special wheelchair line and standby gets to wait inside.
