I once read a Guest Complaint about our water park. She emailed to the server, it basically stated..
" My son and his friends came hear for birthday party. After waiting in line for 90 minutes for a water slide, it was closed with no explanation. There was only one food location open and their tubes were stolen. I expect a partial refund."

Well for one, there will be no refund of any kind because it is "policy" and we had no way of actually proving she was in the park since the complaint was not filed at GR. Second the slides closed abruptly because there was an earthquake. So that is kinda TS. There are many food places, but due to all the pools and slides closing, they were over crowded. Tubes get stolen if left unattended, kinda happens.

Another appalled guest story had me rolling on the floor... Another Guest [Def SG or a Troll] actually called in and complained about the
"Mexican music" playing in a particular area of the park. He said it was racist and how he didn't feel comfortable with that "mexican" stuff playing.

I am so glad I didn't get that call, although I'd probably take that call over most of the other calls I get. Especially when I am on double duty(working in park GR Counter AND outside CS phone lines). Bad planning on management's part. They wonder why we have so many complaints about the quality of CS, when the issues is there isn't enough staff to give good CS.

The one that really made me mad was a girl that was wearing a completely backless shirt, and no top under it. When she turned to the side, you could clearly see the sides of her breasts. Shapely? I guess. Old enough for me to be seeing as much as I did? Not so much.

The worst part was, she and her family (yes, her parents) came up to ask me a question, and they spoke with no discernible accent from anywhere outside the US. I say her dad should have been shot for allowing his daughter to dress like that at all.

I'll claim that hangup. Girl (not lady) too young for me to be seeing that much, and I was seeing that much. Over 18? It's her freedom, even if I dislike it.
