In July 2010...

We couldn't leave to find another one because the other 3 kids were continually riding Buzz Lightyear until we were done and I was afraid if we left we would have to wait at the next one too.
Wow. On behalf of the entire human race, I apologize for that SG.

I noticed that too. A kid on Yahoo was asking if Knott's had family restrooms so he could inject his insulin. Not being diabetic, I didn't understand why he couldn't do it in a handicap stall or regular stall. Or at first aid for that matter. I think that injecting in the middle of a crowd is a bad idea, but a RR seems fine.

I had an issue at Knott's with RR too. I was waiting for the HC stall in camp snoopy because I had my daughter sleeping in the stroller and was not gonna leave her outside the stall. I peek under the stall to see if there were feet. I saw two feet, no WC or anything. Wait 5 mins. Nothing. Look through the crack, she is on the potty, but has something in her hands. 5 more mins. Toilet flushes. Look in crack again, she is standing and still playing with something in her hands (phone maybe?). A lady at the sink sees that I am still waiting for the stall (after she and all 3 of her children managed to go potty). I told her, "I think she is texting". Fellow mommy yells, "we need the big potty". The HC stall door flies open. "sorry, I thought I was allowed to pee".
Now I understand if you need to go and that is the only stall left, then go. But be quick and be considerate. Some people can only use that stall.

I'm always WAY to afraid to take my phone out when I'm in the bathroom. I'm afraid that I'll drop it in the toilet.

At our city fireworks show, this happened to my wife and daughter. She used the Ability stall so she could be in there with the kiddo, and after washing up opened the door to see a lady in a wheelchair. She was mortified and apologized, but the lady was polite and thanked her for not "moving in"

I'll admit, sometimes I, well, take a while to "do my business", and I'll use my iPod Touch during that time. However, I do try to be aware of how busy things are, and to get out so the next person can go. I would only use the specially equipped stalls if they are the only one available and no-one else needs to use it.

We lost hot water for a couple of days, and were unable to get ahold of our landlady. So one of the other tenants went through a crawlspace to the basement--none of us has a key--and got the pilot light relit. When we finally were able to get ahold of our landlady, it turns out she had dropped her phone in the loo and it had everything on it. Fortunately she was able to recover everything and put it on another phone, but that was why we couldn't get ahold of her. She claims not to have recieved our rent for July, when we know darn well we sent it. But then she has been known to leave mail stacked and unread on her desk for days at a time....

You guys aren't going to like what I do in the park bathrooms

From my book, listed as the #1 place in the parks to have sex:

"1. Companion restrooms. Essentially these are meant for parents to go into with their too-young-for-adult-restroom kids, but they’re also a perfect place to go with your partner. Yes, I know, “ick!” But the restrooms at Disney are notoriously clean, especially these ones, since not many people go into them. Plus, there’s a lock on the door and no cameras, assuring that you won’t get caught. The best of these seem to be at Epcot, although they can be found at any of the parks."

We've never had anyone knock, though. The one in Mexico doesn't seem to get much traffic....

Well, that does change the meaning of "don't forget to flush" doesn't it.
