Alton is one cool dude. I'm a motorcyclist, and so is he. I LOVED his series on food and motorcycle travel. I got lucky and was at some training in St. Paul and wandered out into the hotel parking lot at midnight, and there was Alton and his crew. As for coffee, I never drank the stuff until Starbucks came along. I hardly ever buy at Starbucks any more -- I brew at home, grinding my own beans -- but it wasn't until I tasted the "good stuff" that I got to where I liked coffee. I still don't like it black, though. I drink it with cream, sweetener, and some cinnamon and cocoa powder mixed in. (I know, it hardly qualifies as coffee any more to purists, but I love it that way.)
