Unbelieveable
I am so sorry.
Consult with a lawyer on this one.

That's what a lot of people are saying.

Here's my lawyer, he's big, black, and white. All he charges is a lot of fish and a huge tank.

Or, This one is retiring, and he'll burn you up then hit 100 miles an hour in ten seconds then go into space..

Indy, I am so sorry. I can't comprehend "banned from the parks". That's just a double punch in the gut. I agree, I would consult a lawyer, especially because you have proof (1) that you did not shop it around for publishing and (2) the FB posts prove that it was just a "pet project" that you like to share with your friends. It may not get your job reinstated (it seems you wouldn't want that at this point anyway), but it could get the ban lifted.

Well a friend of mine who works for Disney (Unfortunately for her, where I did as well), said that she was fired once for reason I won't go into, but she was also wrongly accused, trespassed, fought it, and managed to get a job again at the company later on.

But with a few things I'm looking at, boy oh boy would it be a LOL at Disney if I got into these positions.

I am so sorry that you were fired from Disney. I can't beleive they banned you from the parks as well. It sounds like management was jealous of your talents.
It's not too late to consider college. It took me awhile to figure out exactly what I wanted to do career-wise, and I was still in college seven years after high school. It can be rough, but it's worth it in the end.
I wish you the best of luck in whatever you decide to do.

Figured I'd let you all have an update.

While the situation is still under review, I've moved on from Disney. I'm kicking back and laughing at the "negotiations" between Disney and the union.

I've also turned to my main hobby, photography, since I don't have a job yet (Going on six months now, and have been turned down by pretty much everyone, including Universal and Apple). I say "yet" because monday I could have one. As a photographer at Sea World Orlando. I had my interview earlier today and I'm holding out for this one. If I get this, it's the start of my photography career. I've had enough people tell me I should do it so I'm sticking to it.

(Even if Disney does lose the fight on my case, I'll not be going back, to visit or work at WDW. This really has opened my eyes about how horrible of a company they are to work for)

So we'll see. I'll let you all known Monday/Tuesday-ish with what happens.

So Indy, if the union wins against Disney, do you get anything out of it other than expunging your record?

Good luck with the photography gig.

In the words of Kuzco: Hmmm. Don't know, don't care.

Thank you! *Shameless plug* Share the link for my flickr page to any photo fans you know of. The more I get out there, the better.
