Goes for humans too. Our little deer beater has been opening his by bragging about beating Flower. Someone snitched and he's now under investigation. Hopefully an arrest occurs soon.

Flower continues to do well and is enjoying sharing the pasture with Pepper, the death to trespassers horse.
Great News, Hobie! :)
Yeah, those idiots always want to brag. Pathological.

OMG.

I missed this thread entirely while I've been sick.

Flower!!!

Such a face, such a soul. I am so glad that the ^@&!*~! who did this couldn't keep his mouth shut.

I can't even speak, I'm so outraged that anyone could do such a thing I'm just so glad she's doing okay and healing (Go Pepper!) and glad the soulless embodiment of evil itself that hurt her gave himself away.

This thread just makes me wonder again why some people get to live and better people die too soon.

Crazy world- unfair.

No creature as beautiful, loving and trusting as Flower should ever feel pain at all let alone have it viciously inflicted upon them.

Please keep us posted on how she's doing hobie???

hugs
bru

There's a fire about eleven miles south of us that closed the highway so we're cut off from what resembles civilization. I had to take my daughter and another kid to school when the bus didn't show up. Apparently the bus drivers couldn't get through.

She called a while ago and said no teachers had shown up either and that she and some friends were going to walk into town to get something to eat. I told her she should look in on Flower. She said she was feeding Flower goldfish crackers while we were talking and that she is a happy deer.
