Or make it out of colored concrete, and pipe in gingerbread smells, enough to fool people into thinking it's gingerbread. Take a bite off that, and you'll be paying for your dentist's kids' college education. Or a new piece of equipment, your dentist's student loans (if it's his first practice), etc..
