It would be like the Price is Right! The game 3 strikes. Pick up all strikes and you receive nothing! When I hear that these expired FP go on sale, I think of Weird Al's song "I bought it on E-Bay!" Can you work your area and when you have a crappy day like we do, that E-bay song keeps my day going. :D:

P.T. Barnum had it right...there is one born everyday, actually many more than one... If people actually buy these things, then the scammers will actually keep selling them on eBay. It is sad how many folks fall for this. Disney Corporate is supposed to have some sort of team working eBay to pull auctions just like these, but I see more and more of em everyday at eBay. They are not doing their job in stopping this sort of theft. And it is theft. Families have purchased their WDW pases on eBay only to have them confiscated at the gate becasuse their finger scan does not match the one tied to the pass! SURPRISE! Then they have to spend the money to buy REAL passes. It is a shame that people try to beat the system by buying *cheap* passes to WDW or DL and get rooked in the end. If they just paid for their passes like the rest of us...
If the folks keep buying em on eBay, the theives will keep listing em...

One thing I would like to understand is the hawkers on 192, and how they get away with it. How can they possibly buy the unused days on passes?
My guess is that they look at the ticket, apologize and tell you it's non-transferrable, then offer you a nice place to throw it away. Then they sell it to some unsuspecting victim.
Not saying I'm right, but I figure it'll get someone who knows to tell us what really happens.

Any time I am on disboards and someone refers to fastpasses or GACs for sale on eBay I will go over and look at the auction. I will then click on mail to a friend. The friends address is
[email protected] and let them deal with it.
