Ms. Matterhorn wrote:Did anyone have a "Creepy Crawler Thingmaker" by Mattel? You poured "plasti-goop" into molds and heated them up in a little uncovered oven. I burned my fingers so many times! Ha Ha, they couldn't have that toy anymore, lawsuit-o-rama!
Oooooh. Had the thingmaker and the creepy crawlers and an easybake oven. A couple of years ago my mom actually bought me another easybake oven cause I loved mie so much! :D: I have it! It is in storage. Very cool toys.
We had one of those machines that made candy too in shapes. I cannot remember the name of it, but the candy was nasty. They were the same shapes as the creepy crawlers. Anyone remember that toy?

I had to reread that. I thought you said Thigh Master and wondered why it gave you creepy crawlers.

Susi, in my post, it was Incredible Edibles that made candy in the shape of things similar to the Thingmaker. I did have a Thighmaster back in the 80s--I got quite good with it! I could sure use it now. I just got accepted into a study for high blood pressure, and the doctor wants me to lose weight. I'm not arguing with the need, I just need all the help I can get to do so. But if I walk too long--this is a very walkable area I live in--my right ankle starts to hurt. Why, I don't know, since it's the same age and is bearing the same amount of weight as my left ankle, and my left ankle doesn't hurt.

Try riding a bike. There's little or no impact.
