Went on IASW today :)
Waited less than a half-hour surprisingly. Was VERY impressed by the system that allows wheelchairs onto the boats then rotates them around and sets them down, never saw anything like that before. Only one thing, I (as a guest) was a little surprised that in order to give the signal to lower the wheelchair, the CMs gave a "thumbs-down" signal that seemed out of place, hmmmm, but I don't know if there is a better way.....maybe both hands making a downward motion?
Everything looked really nice and fresh, the only major differences seemed to be all the sea turtles where the mermaids are (they were my fave as a kid) and the sun at the end looked really beautiful :) But I didn't notice any new characters-did I miss them or are they being added later?
Hubby and I sat in front with skinny son, we took up all the space, so it does seem like the boats are smaller- or we are fatter! :rolleyes:
