kinda cool, it rings twice and announces, then does it again before going to voice mail! It was great during the election process, if it announced an 800 number, it got the voicemail treatment!! hehehehehehe

Saw dad tonight though and he looked good to me! He's supposed to go to the surgeons for a check up on monday (if they keep this appointment!) and we took him the seafood alfredo he's been craving, took him a cd of new songs I like (he loves music like I do) played a game of Scrabble...it was good to make him laugh.

All these guys are the same. Never call just to say "HI!" or "How've ya been?". Nope...only call when they want something. They don't even stick around for a conversation, just say their piece and hang up. Sure glad they weren't asking for money or other tangibles. (had to go 'old-school spell check' on that one...Webster's New World Dictionary copyright 1957. My company is big on staying current!

My manager's family kept on getting phone calls on their phone before and during the election. They left the answering machine on and found out in 1 day that they got 50 calls. Each day they deleted them. I did get a few and too bad we can not report them to the do not call list. :mad:
