If you guys are wanting to loose weight, try the Weight Watcher's meals and also their yummy ice cream. I have lost over 70 pounds in 13 years. :)

I have been doing the Ensure for two meals a day and a light dinner each day. It is working, oh yeah, and the "Eat less and move around more diet"!

I also love the Vermont Country Store. They have so many of the *old* products you just can't find anymore. We have been getting their catalog for years and have bought many items from them. If we ever get back east on a trip, I want to go to their brick and mortar store, instead of ordering online or out of the catalog. That would be a fun place to see.

Funny, I just placed another order from them tonight.

They have the snacks that DW grew up with back east! and some stuff that I remember.

Of all things, if you get upset tummy. The cola syrup WORKS!

There was a story about all the pirates in the second and third POTC movies. When they started shooting they were skinny, fat and all out of shape. Because of all the stunt work they were doing the director suddenly realized they were all getting pretty buff. It didn't say what he did about it but it's another example of the Law Of Unintended Results.

I'm sorry, but there's something fundamentally wrong about plugging Bag Balm on a thread titled "...but I have little ones!"

I do *so* not want to go there.

I guess that you could always put "padding" in costumes when necessary!

Well, if hanging out with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom on a ship while sailing to Tortuga and Singapore fortified with RUM will help, I'm willing to make that kind of sacrifice! ;)

I'm just watching my caloric intake and doing some light exercise and losing the pounds. I use http://www.sparkpeople.com to track my calories and exercise. A friend of mine is a physician's assistant at MD Anderson and lost a bunch of weight by doing this, and it is really the best diet out there! No gimmicks, no books to buy, no special pre-packaged food to buy and the best thing, no meetings to attend! It is amazing what is out there for low calorie foods. Sara Lee delightful wheat bread is my favorite, 45 calories per slice! Normal bread is like, 100-110 I think. There should be less of me by the time we visit Disneyland this October, and I am hoping there is even less of me when we (hopefully) visit WDW next summer!
