Princess S
LOL Me too! And it's not just Disney stuff. I am a HUGE Snoopy/"Peanuts" fan and I have lots that stuff. Books, plush toys, figures, you name it.
I want to see Wall-E but I am very concerned with story. From the clips I have seen, I can't seem to get a good grasp of what the whole thing is about. (Aside from Wall-E falling in love with Eve.) Love the design, love the art,but I am at a loss for a clear story. Maybe I am missing something.
I am holding off buying Wall-E toys and things for the moment. I am still trying to keep up with "Cars". :)

Should I even mention the Wall-E pins that are coming out soon? :)

Nah, I don't believe it...hee hee!

When we moved to Celebration, I swore I would limit my Disney stuff and that cruise line memorabilia would stay upstairs, but that lasted maybe a week. I tend to forget that my entry foyer is a Disney tribute till people walk in and go, "Wow!" Then they snicker when the cat comes to greet them and I say, "That's Stitch" (half the foyer is devoted to Stitch and the other half to Figment...I usually don't tell them that Figment is also my horse or they will think I'm hopeless!).

The family room is devoted mostly to cruise line and to depictions of Walt and Mickey together ala "Partners."

Oh, the only reason I picked up Wall-E toys, is they make for good Star Wars figures too (I've amassed a collection of over $1500 worth of Star Wars figures). Wall-E fits right into the Star Tours line, he looks a lot like the two G2 droids in Star Tours, and that'll look cool when I build my Star Tours diorama.

(I know I know, OMG NERD! :o: )

We stumbled on a Toys R us that had just gotten in its first shipment of Wall-E toys- I went a little. . .crazy. Well my husband helped. It was my B-day and so he just kept putting stuff in the cart LOL

Right now by the computer I have the little Interactive wall-e (29 dollar one) he's to my left and I talk to him at various times during the day (he talks back! LOL) He says "Oooo, Evahhh!" when I talk to him in a soft voice it's like he can tell I'm a girl LOL I also have the 'mid' size action figures, cube stacking Wall-E and the basic Eve they're holding. . .appendages? arms? hands? whatever LOL to my right. Upstairs I have the two tiny Wall-E's , factory new and the standard 'used' version. They're on different dressers in the bedroom. Then there are the blankies my sweeties got me.

I'm so ready for more. MORE MORE MORE! LOL

My monorail kitchen, GF themed bedroom are set but the rest of the house (save the one bathroom I let my husband decorate with Red Sox stuff LOL) is all mine for Wall-E domination!!! WOOT!!!

Hey, you have to have some fun, right?

Bru

OMG I NEED one of THESE AHHHHH!!!!!

Saw another thing at Toys R Us today that you might want Bru. It is a Wall-E robot arm grabber. It looks like Wall-E-s arm. Cute, but not that practical. I tried it in the store and I couldn't pick up anything with it. It still might be a good display piece. It was $8.99. (At least out here in California.)
There were a lot of the figures available. There were only two of the interactive ($49.99) Wall-E and one was already spoken for. I have a feeling it is going up on eBay. The guy who was buying it was also going through the diecast car toys.

LOL, a Wall-E scalper? I thought I'd seen everything.... (Hot Wheels Scalpers, SW Figure Scalpers) Didn't think Wall-E was that hot yet.

Thanks dazyhill (i too love your name btw!) I saw the grabber but it was a little traumatic for me- Wall-E parts! They should be attached to Wall-E! LOL

Yeah, the prices on ebay already are ridiculous. People don't seem to check TRU online before they bid on a toy on ebay for twice the retail price.

Pretty soon you won't be able to walk a foot in any retail space without tripping over something Wall-E related. I think I'm going to try to stick with toys, books, and perhaps a pin or two on our next trip, but if they had a big coffee mug that would be great. . .

. . . and Susi the kids dishes are already out! Yes, I admit, I considered it. LOL
