Stupid Guest Tricks

I have a trip report started at http://barbnefer.blogspot.com. Most is there already, and I hope to complete it today.

If anyone knows Carson (I think that was his name) at Soarin', please tell him my husband and I really appreciate his nice will gesture. I'm sure he thought I was some kind of obsessive (which I am at DCA due to the single riders line...here in FL, we don't have the luxury...sigh).

And I am also so jealous that y'all have Indy and we have (yawn) Dinosaur. We got to see Indy behind the scenes as part of the tour, and that gave me a new appreciate of it.

Cool, did they let you ride AFTER the behind the scenes?

Yep, we went into the maintenance area, had a demo, and then all had a ride. Same with Soarin'...half the group watched from below/behind while the others rode, and then we switched.

We rode Pirates as a group too but didn't get a behind the scenes with that...we did get escorted by a pirate tho! And we rode the Lilly Belle too...that was sooo totally cool.

I told DW about the site and the tours! She wants to go back to France and England! (pluse we both want to go to scotland!) so I think we are going to go on at least two if not three of those tours!!

Hubby and I are totally pathetic...we're already trying to figure out how to do a repeat of this tour, plus another one to a different destination. It would mean giving up cruises (ouch! makes me feel like I'm cheating!), but we'd love to see how Backstage Magic morphs and changes since we were the "test group." Even with the backstage experiences, I could easily experience them again and not be bored.

Yeperdoddle! We were hooked on the backstage aspect when we went on the WDW tour last year!! So if we can combine it with a tour, we are going to go.

Excellent trip report, Syndrome!!! I pretty much knew this particular ABD tour would be one I'd like, but your report confirmed it! Hopefully I can get there someday myself.

So... when do we get pictures??? :D:

Hubby has to pull them off the camera so I will post a TON when he gets around to it, and I think we also get a DVD of pics. from ABD at some point in the mail. The guides were amazing...they were always there taking pics. of everything, and even group shots in the areas where individual pics. were forbidden.

OKAY, I BLAME YOU!!

DW and I were looking at those tours yesterday evening, and so far are list that we ARE going to take is:

Australia, China, Ireland (first group!!)
Hollywood/Disneyland

Standby list but considering:
England and france, Peru. Germany

Well, there goes my new pick-up!!!(hehehehehe)
