I have experienced that in real life. I was able to talk to a jury after a "forensic intensive" trial, and almost all of them were expecting "more" CSI type of stuff!!DisneyMom wrote:I think I remember reading somewhere about the CSI Effect. Which is funny, because I, and others, teach that when presenting evidence, you have to "un-voodoo" or "un-nerd" the process, otherwise you get a confused jury (a REALLY bad thing)and are involved in a whole set of problems with, you guessed it, the defense attorney!
