I love fudge but very few places guarantee it is gluten and soy free. I love divinity and maple goodies. Sigh.

1. Congrats on your Jabberjaw status, Shorty!Shorty82 wrote:I've never been into the Confectionery except maybe passing through. I'm going to have to be sure to stop in there on my trip. Sounds like it is full of all kinds of very tasty things.
500th post! I'm now a Jabberjaw, yeah!
Okay, now I gotta go to the See's store!!!!disneyprincess1988 wrote:Speaking of fudge, I love the Confectionary's fudge. Especially the chocolate brownie and cookies and cream varieties, YUM!!!!
That's something we don't have here - See's candy. Except in the Navy commissary. How come they can get it but Albertson's can't? Never mind, I know the answer to that question.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:Okay, now I gotta go to the See's store!!!!
Whenevery I had to travel for work, I would try and buy a couple bags of their famous suckers to give away. You would be suprised at grown men and women acting like kids over a carmel sucker!!Whazzup wrote:That's something we don't have here - See's candy. Except in the Navy commissary. Because my family is more concerned with riding rides and all than taking in the details and all. There's so much to do and see on Main Street but since there's no rides there we don't hang around long. I plan to spend some time on Main Street while there this time. There's nobody to stop me.Whazzup wrote:1. Congrats on your Jabberjaw status, Shorty!
2. How could you possibly have NEVER stopped in at Confectionary? I'll bet you've never been in the Main Street Bakery before, either, have you?
You don't know what you've missed. We expect a full report on those two shops when you return from WDW later this month. :p: (That's my tongue hanging out. I'm too lazy to go find the drooling smiley thing.)
Isn't that an amazing feeling? I have spent so many years running around doing what everyone else wanted to do that when we got to meander and do our own thing last time and spent extra time on Main Street I just fell in love with it completely. I see now what my grandparents saw in it all those years ago.Shorty82 wrote:Because my family is more concerned with riding rides and all than taking in the details and all.
