I remember a local story on the news a few years ago. There was a college student that ate lots of late night pizzas. After emptying the box he would add it to the "furniture". By the end of his 4 year stint he had an entire living room "suite" including a recliner all made with pizza boxes.

That's what I would think, but on the other hand many male college students wouldn't notice. Housekeeping is frequently one of the last "skills" to be learned (if ever).

If you ignore the materials he really did come up with good designs. IKEA should hire him.

If Fedex was smart they would market a "kit" for the stuff.

Can't think of a better furniture for kids, if it breaks or they get tired of it..Recycle bin!!

And think of how easy it would be to move. I can see it now. A typical college student moving into an unfurnished apt with the furniture for the entire apt fitting in the trunk of a compact car. If each room of furniture was bundled, it may only take 2 or 3 trips to get all the furniture from the car to the apt. Leaving more time to find the nearest "watering hole" to get started on their "college major".

OR....FEDEX it!! Wonder what the cost of a large fedex box full of fedex boxes would be...

or better still, when you arrive, order a supply drop!
