This guy was banned from The cockpit of the Monorail for making passes at the female pilots, banned from Innoventions ( I witnessed this) after he thre a fit when he lost the Honeywell "Well Balenced Game" and then followed the female host around the building and finally had his Ap taken away for um....getting a little to "friendly" with one of the Main Street Horses. Last I heard his brother got a job in the park and was signing him in.
Actually, I only needed to sign him in twice because Risk Management reinstated his pass after an investigation of the cast members involved, turned up that they lied on their statement forms. As far as him getting banned from Innoventions, that never happened because I would have been the first to hear about it.

No, because I remembered how ignorant and short-sighted cast members can be, especially when dealing with guests with disabilities. Trust me, Guest Relations saw more guests with disabilities than any of you can imagine.

Umm... As far as I can see this thread has been all about flaming people who try to capitalize on other people's unfortunate situations.... ...not about making fuin of anyone... :?

Hell when I used to come in as an AP, there were guest I wanted to throttle due to their "entitlement" attitude.

I don't understand why AP's constantly insist they are entitled to a discount when they are not. You try to advise them that the discount for merchandise is for Premium AP's but they insist they have been getting the discount for years with the deluxe or southern CA passes. They also get upset when you tell them it is for purchases of $10 or more before tax kicks in. They just look at you in astonishment like that can't be true. These are the passholders that come all the time but they act like they are so shocked & that it can't be right because they just got the discount somewhere else. They make stuff up. They said they have read the instructions that come with the pass & that it states they are entitled to the discount. You try to exlpain but they keep trying to work the system because they think they can get away with it. I use to be an annual passholder & never acted anything like that. All I wanted to do was go on the attractions. I never bought much & certainly never treated cast members like the most of the current passholders do. It truly is awful how they think they can just step all over us. It gives the rest of them a bad name unfortunately. On the brighter side I do know an AP that is really sweet & have gone to Halloween Haunt with her. She does not work the system & is just very content coming to the park & enjoying her time there.

Is this Tomorrowland? No! We sell Star Wars toys because we are in Adventureland!!

i hate when passholders insist they know something that i don't, considering i was a passholder for nearly 18years before becoming a CM, granted i wsn't an AP (which some consider to be passholder to the next degree, the guy that can correct a CM) and i didn't pay attention to evry little detail, but don't ask me if i moved here from another state and decided to work at disney, no i didn't i've never lived more than 10 miles away from the park, so long as i've lived, granted it's not a wierd disney fetish, that's just where i, and several others, happened to have grown up!

I'm a CM not a disney trivia bank, when i hear the fireworks from my house i do humm along, alittle bit, and i do know ech part of the show just by looking at the colors, and i'm not ashamed of it, i also know the parade theme, and i do recognize people in the parade, because i've guest controlled it so many times! It's funny becuse the ugly Aurora character is also a swan head, and a butterfly.

I love it when they tell me "oh I got a discount the other day" or "we used to get discounts last year" with a SoCal or Deluxe AP. That's when I tell them I've been working at the park for over 4 years and that's always been the policy.

I've also had a couple APs tell me that they've been APs since long before I was born. Funny, because I was born the year that the tickets were phased out for passports. Don't think they were APs then.

Not all Passholders are rude

Post by Canoe30x » Wed Jul 21, 2004 10:44 pm

Well I would agree that not all passholders are rude, one passholder for example got all the canoe ppl sodas at the end of a hot day in summer.
