Re: The Cast Member Snap Cup
Snaps to all the Disney cast members on both coasts that make going to the parks a magical experience while dealing with way to many SG's. You all do a great job and I know you are underpaid for what you do. It shows your dedication to creating the magic for all of us, even the biggest SG"s out there.
May you all have many SG free days.
Steve

I want to thank Norma Diane at CRO for being very helpful and cheerful and listening to me ramble when I called to upgrade my tickets. You are definately a sweetheart. Thank you.

Re: I have a compliment (not complaint)
ooo...ooo..just saw this thread and I must add one.
To the guy who works at the Main Street Cone Shop that let me get into the end of the line right as they were closing because I had gone there to check the menu, went over to the one across the street (gibson girl??) to check the menu and the cone shop had closed in the 5 minute interval of going back and forth. He was a really nice young kid. I remember he said he was seasonal, but I don't remember his name. I'm horrible with names.
I had told him about this site while we were waiting in line (he let me in line behind about 7 other people that were there before closing. How a place that has 5 items on their menu can confuse people when ordering is beyond me, but, they take a while).
All of the CM's at DL are always enjoyable, but he went above and beyond. Kudos and thanks from this nestle toll house cookie with vanilla ice cream and no other topping SG.

Re: I have a compliment (not complaint)
Major snaps to Zazu. Didn't notice this until just tonight:
:wallaby:
He has purple pants!
Okay, truth be told, I didn't just notice it, but rather had it pointed out to me. But still, it's awesome!

Re: I have a compliment (not complaint)
I've been lurking a while, but this thread made me want to post.
I visited WDW last year twice and had the best experiences of my life, but I want to thank the following (unfortunately anonymous) folks specially:
1) The guy/gal who played Br'er Fox (or maybe I should say was "Br'er Fox's friend") in late May, 2006. This person saw a very tired 45 year old woman sitting by the restrooms near Splash Mountain and did everything he/she could to make me smile. Br'er Fox looked into my purse like he was looking for something to steal, he had me wave at the train going by and then danced when I asked for a hug and a picture. This person made magic.
2) The cast member at the store outside of the Country Bear Jamboree. I tripped and fell on the step up to the porch. He rushed over and immediately offered help. Luckily I was just embarassed, not hurt. But he stayed for a little bit and again offered assistance to first aid. He didn't even laugh at the clumsy fat lady!
3) The person who was Eeyore's best friend at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party on October 30, 2007. Eeyore was perfect as Eeyore! I asked if I could hug him and he immediately nodded, so I got my perfect picture. As I walked away, he blew me a kiss. Did I mention perfect? It's great that cast members seem to allow adults to have their magic moments just as well as they do for the children.
I'm hoping that a planned October trip happens. This board has made me appreciate the Cast Members so much more! If the trip works out, I'll even take one of the buses and if I ride in the front car of the monorail, I won't even ask questions!
Thanks guys!

Welcome from a 49 year old fat lady. The CMs really are special and especially here. I enjoy hearing happy stories and yours are very nice indeed.
