J, hey the long words/intelligent vocabulary doesn't bother me a bit. I was jabbing darph. :D: He & I have a one upsman thing going on, all in good spirit....I think. Stay with us, read other threads & you'll catch on. ;) How on earth can I mix all these accents up? Tis easy. I screw everything up all the time.

Once, when I was working at Knott's, I heard a lady speaking with a British accent. Knowing some U.K. accents blend, plus the above-mentioned experience in Australia many many moons ago, I asked what part of the Empire she was from. She was sweet and gracious enough to say England. As for the Queen, I admire her greatly. Think of all the stuff she's had to deal with in her life, especially before she ascended the throne. I remember reading how the Queen Mother once was visiting an African country, and a native was rude to her. He then semi-apologized, saying "I really don't like English people." The Queen Mum, with her wonderful sense of humor, replied, "Oh, but I so understand. You see, I'm Scots myself." :D:
