Ooo, I hope not! I have sung solos, but I much prefer being in a group -- covers up any weaknesses, you know! I sing baritone, though our arrangements often have our part way up in the tenor range. (But I don't complain, especially when I remember that the tenors are still having to sing higher than us!)Whazzup wrote:Wowzer!! You must have a magnificent voice, Wombat. Are there any video clips of you performing solo on YouTube or somewhere? Would love to hear your voice. What part do you sing? Bass? Tenor??
Oh, I'll for sure keep you all posted. I almost definitely won't be able to get to the parks until after the competition, which should be held on Saturday, July 4th. (That's not a busy day for any of you, is it?? :rolleyes :) Interestingly (to me at least), if I'm able to get free the next day and spend some time in DLR (hopefully wearing a shiny new gold medal), it will be 27 years to the day since my one and only previous visit, on 7/5/1982.DisneyMom wrote:Anaheim July 2009! wooHoo! No, but looking at my avatar in that light, I guess we could reform the group (but with some definite, um, lifestyle differences).mechurchlady wrote:I accidently deleted my last post, sigh. nap attack.
