When you're 18 and working at the park in the College Program (and NOT in Entertainment) it becomes downright disturbing. Just a friendly word of advice, if'n you're wondering why you can't find a date this weekend, you know.
Or people ask why you are still living in your mother's basement.

I saw Linda this year! Speaking of which, did everyone hear about the spat between her and Luke Skywalker?

The first time I remember going to Disneyland (I was 5, soon to be 6) I was terrified whenever a character was around. (My parents tell that on our previous trip when I was 3 I would burst into tears at the sight of anyone in a costume.) About halfway through our day we saw Chip n Dale taking pictures, as sacred as I was of the costumes, I really loved Chip n Dale and decided I would wait in line to meet them, silent tears running down my face the whole time lol When I got to the front of the line they could tell I was scared and nervous and one of them got down on their knees and motioned for me to come over, I stepped over and got a little hug and then the other one hugged me and they started to do a little ring around the rosey type dance with me. We took a great picture together and I wasn't ever scared of a character at Disney again (In fact I demanded that we find Minnie Mouse because I really needed a picture with her lol). So now when I see Chip n Dale at the parks I love getting a picture because it reminds me of those two guys (or girls) in those suits that took the time to make a little girl feel better. I always wonder if the people in the suits think it's weird, so I'm glad someone finally asked the question :)

No, what's Linda's spat this year..lol I remember working SWW and had to watch her everytime "Luke" was out on set. He hated going out there alone, and Linda would always glare daggers at Leigha (SP?). Linda, for those of you who are going huh???, is ahhhhhhhh, hmmmm, SPECIAL! She has had her name changed LEGALLY to Linda Skywalker, and Luke is hers only! (To bad she didnt figure out Luke was her brother) She carried for two years a Pizza Hut pizza box that looked (and smelled, unless it was her) like it was from when the second original movie came out for people to sign. I havent worked for a couple years...I can see her running up to young "Anakin" yelling daddy...lol

BTW for those of you at WDW have you met "BELLE from hell" yet? Another one that wears self made belle-ish wardrobe and hairstyle....WARNING do not engage in conversation unless you have a ride vehicle you can throw yourself in front of. ;)

What hole do these people crawl out of????

A CM who is friends with my neighbor told us about a couple that visits MK every Sunday to watch the parade in the exact same spot, and carrying a babydoll no less! Too freaky!! EVERY stinkin' week, or so she said. And apparently they get ballistic if someone else is in their spot because they must be there so the characters can wave to them. Are there lots more freaky people out there? Don't they know how to get a life? Mr. Syndrome and I love WDW, but I hope someone puts us out of our misery if we ever legally have our last name changed to Mouse or start running around with dressed up dollies.

I think I saw BELLE on my last program. She had on the Christmasey dress and a floor length blue jean jacket COVERED in Beauty and the Beast pins. Is this the same one or another freak?

Apparently, Linda "broke up" with Luke Skywalker. She typed up a whole letter and gave him her name tag (I think I'm telling this right). And there is a whole other side to it too, but I'm not sure how to tell it. But it got messy.

:hysteria: I wish I could have been there. Please don't hold back all the details!
