Made from 'mostly' empty beer cans. ;)hobie16 wrote:I see you in a empire gown accessorized with crossed bandoliers.
I think she broke the Steve Harvey animatronic. Looked like the hydraulic fluid drained out.
Yikes!hobie16 wrote:When I was biking to and from work I found a ring in the locker room when I was changing clothes to head home. I pocketed it and, when I go to work the next morning, sent out an email to announce the find. Within five minutes I had a young man show up at my cube who identified the ring as his.
He had left work about ten minutes before me and had left the ring sitting on the locker room bench. He got home, showered, had dinner with his wife, watched a little TV, and then realized the ring was gone. He and his wife returned to the office and tore the place apart looking for it. Not finding it, they returned home where he received a virtual beating late into the night and a second round the next morning before escaping to work.
I suggested he buy flowers, lots of flowers, on his way home and, if feelings and tempers hadn't been smoothed over, buy a See's candy store the following day.
I have a friend who has never lost his ring in about 5 years of marriage...even though he losses everything else that isn't attached. His secret? He knew from day one he would lose it if it was on his finger so he put it on a chain which he wears around his neck, losing it is much less likely.BRWombat wrote:Yikes! In my first few months of marriage, when wearing the ring was new, I'd sometimes slip it off while relaxing at home -- until one day I couldn't find where I left it for a couple of hours and had to go to work without it. I felt awful, and was very glad to find it again. Since then, apart from occasional cleaning or repair, it hasn't come off my finger!
