So I'm walking through the BTMR queue the other day, and a guest actually asks me, "Excuse me - but is this Frontierland?"
No, ma'am. This is Tomorrowland, and I'm the Space Cowboy - but some people call me Maurice. Here's your Disney sign.

Wait until the new CPs get here in May/June and go to Space, you'll see the work lights on every hour because they haven't gotten use to moving as quick as they need too, causing the ride to cascade and ultimately shut down (Use the TTA to check it out)
Excellent! That's when I'm going. I'll see if I can get pictures for ther
site.
Thanks for the explanation.

Guest to me: Narnia is Disney??
What I sooo wanted to say: No ma'am, it's Universal. :duh:
Luckily she was nice and almost didnt sound too serious when she asked..otherwise..

Hm. Understandable. There are a lot of movies that people wouldn't think are Disney's. Or that fly under one of Disney's banners.
Now. Had they gone to the Journey Into A Waste of Time. . .er, I mean Journey Into Narnia, then smack em!

Yeah, the day before I was talking with a Guest and her daughter, who couldnt have been over 7, about the Narnia walk through. THe mom sounded all interested and was asking me where it was. Before I could give directions the little girl says to both of us "It's not that special. It's a commercial with fake snow." I wanted to crack up at her sincerity...Is it really that bad? I havent had time to go over there...
And in regards to the former Guest...I think they had gone through...

If I have someone ask where it is, I'll point it out to them but I'll normally say something such as "In all reality, wait and do this later in the afternoon when its hot and you need AC for a moment or after youve done everything else. All it is, is a five minute trailer for the movie. Entrance is somewhat cool but still, don't go out of your way for it"

IndyandMarian,
While at WDW, I tried to get an HYS, but apparantly, I wasn't stupid enough :(
Since I couldn't go ON the ride (back injury, I was afrais I would never be able to get OUT of it!!!!), I only got a FP and asked someone why the stupid machine didn't work (because I obviously put my ticket in it upside down

)

FP machines are SUPPOSED to read the cards in any direction. (many things are supposed to happen, in theory ... it's surprising how few actually do in reality)

Our FP machines work one way, and one way only!! They even have a picture to which direction to put the fast pass tickets in.

The ones at DLP work only one way (and have a sign that tells you which way), but actually, at WDW, I did put my ticket in in any way. Only at Splash and RnRC it didn't really work.
Oh, and btw, all four parks of WDW have very confusing maps!!!!! (And I was too scared to ask for directions, lol!!!!!)
