There are probably a LOT of people that should be forced to put ON shorts and t-shirts at the nude beach!!

Here in Jersey there's a debate going on about if one of the beaches will now be considered a nude beach. I think it's funny they're debating it....change it, go or don't...entirely your choice. In the meantime, I'll go to Rehoboth, DE where it's tax free and there's games and rides for my kids.

For almost all NJ beaches, you have to pay to go on (Wildwood in the only "free" beach I know about). You walk up to a kiosk and pay for a beach tag, you can get one for a day or for an extended period of time (like a week). I believe residents of beach towns get their tags for free, but vistors have to pay for them. And if you're caught without one (and they do have patrols) not only do you have to then buy the tags, you have to pay a fine.
