Sure have you fooled.mechurchlady wrote:I would say you are a nice lady and If you were around 8 years ago then I met you and annoyed you for pins, lol.
I am still looking for a babysitter to meet me at DLR next week if you are free. I know that if I was bad you would let me have it. Probably with a half eaten tub of popcorn to the head. I will even buy lunch off site or onsite.Main Streeter wrote:Sure have you fooled. Thanks for tthe kind words. :) I was @ D L 8 yrs ago but not in stores. No one ever bothered me for pins. Never wore nor ever will wear a lanyard. Well...I do wear 2 lanyards when my sweet little MAW child comes to D L. Will do ANYTHING for her! She is AMAZING!
Am working mech. No time to play in the park. My days off the next few weeks center around my horses. They all need shoes and someone has to be with them to calm them.mechurchlady wrote:I am still looking for a babysitter to meet me at DLR next week if you are free. After you are done getting them new shoes can I come play with the horses. Just kidding but I really do miss riding but one more fall and that could be the end of me. Also the getting up and down is so hard. You are so lucky to have horses. I was joking as I know everyone is so busy and I will just have to go alone. I chose you as you are a nice person. I would hate to have to spend all day in one place then go back as a guest. Good luck with the shoes.Main Streeter wrote:Am working mech. No time to play in the park. Horses need a different kind of shoe. The kind Horses wear are nailed to their feet, and someone needs to clean the bottom of the hoof before the shoe can get put on the foot. Just think of the bottom of the hoof like it's a giant finger nail http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horse_hoofGRUMPY PIRATE wrote:They should try Crocs, I got a pair at WDW and they are GREAT!!!!!

And The shoes are either hard plastic or metal...

That's what my horse needs! She foundered years ago and has laminitis (horsey people, you know what that means). We finally had to put hard rubber boots on her but you can't leave them on full time. We recently had the farrier use just 2 nails to put regular metal horse shoes on her, then he used an epoxy glue to further secure the shoes. We're hoping they stay on and give her feet time to grow out so she's not walking on the soles of her hoofs. She's doing very well with the current treatment - she walks out briskly across the pasture and even runs around with them on, which we are discouraging because we don't want those shoes coming off.hobie16 wrote:This looks like it might be easier.
