They are. They're on a wall of the building that many guests don't even go near anyway, though it is a guest area, which also helps to keep them safe.

Actually doesn't aren't really that high up. I'll have to get a better picture of where they are next time I'm there.

They aren't high up, but they are out of the way enough that most guests should never notice them. Plus, there is enough going on nearby with certain departments that if you think you're gonna get away with touching them, think again.
