Is that two separate categories? I would place it as so. "Most Overplanned" goes to the person who puts "The Schedule" ahead of reality, let alone fun. I think I would rename the second "Worst Dealing With The Unexpected", for people who do things like complain about a ride that broke down as if that will somehow magically make it re-open. Perhaps we could also have the "A Lack of Planning On Your Part..." award, for those who, say, insist they be let to the front of the line because they came all this way to ride this ride, but waited until the last minute to actually do it.GRUMPY PIRATE wrote:how about and award for "most overplanned and first to complain when they can't ride on a closed ride"

Wow, gone for a couple days and this thread has 3 pages already. Some stories make me laugh, some make me upset. But I gotta let it go since I'll be going to sleep soon.
I'll add a recent, possibly on or off topic story. So I was at unload one day, and a coworker just brought down a wheel chair. Unload is where the wheel chairs stay when the guests get off the ride so they can find it right away. Well anyway, another coworker opened a door near the chair and it broke off one of the hand rails. It was a company wheel chair, so it's not really a big deal.
Well guess who's name was on the name card? "Jesus Christ." Hmmm, who comes off the ride to pick it up? Two teenage guys. I walk up and say "I have some bad news, we accidentally broke the hand rail." the kid replies "That's ok, we are going to leave now anyway, but we aren't going to get in trouble for this, you guys are, right?" I just said "Yeah, don't worry about that." smiling cause it was just a weird situation. I guess Jesus wasn't too worried about the condition of his wheel chair, cause they sped off.

hehe, reminds me of my student days at our local and very small mental health department. Out of a handful of patients,THREE of them claimed to be Jesus Christ. Must have made group therapy sessions confusing....

When on vacation it is very irritateing when you have to tell these people no.
I would like to see Disney remove these people from the park when Brazillion type line cutting takes place. When I was in a long line at pirates just before you go inside everyone near me turned. With the sound of cow bells and udders swinging a few members of a group came to join the rest of the group. They were just to big to wait / stand. I did not hear anyone complain. They ended up behind us way back. With a good reason I say ok. Bathroom for kids / need to graze.
Disney can make bulk line cutting fade away. Word will spread when people get punished for doing this.
