Probably hoping the school will settle with nuisance money. At some point the court could declare them a vexatious litigant which will block any further suits.

I response to Hobie's post is that it would suck for them to have a legitimate reason to sue and then not be able too. OH WELL, should have thought about that before...

I would imagine that by the time they ban you, you've had several chances to knock it off.
